To prepare the spicy radish and potato stir-fry, start by pressure cooking the potatoes with 1/4 cup of water for 4 to 5 whistles.
Allow the pressure to release naturally, then set the potatoes aside to cool down.
Once the potatoes have cooled, peel and coarsely mash them using a potato masher.
In a pressure cooker, place the radishes with 2 tablespoons of water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles. turn off the heat.
