How To Cook?

To begin making the spicy samosa chaat, heat a pan with ghee and saute the green chillies and grated ginger until fragrant.

Add fresh peas, salt to taste, and saute for a few minutes. cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Once the peas are cooked, add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. cover and cook for another few minutes until the peas are soft.

Remove the lid, add sugar, and saute for a minute. turn off the flame and add grated ginger, chopped mint leaves, and finely chopped green chillies. mix well.

Transfer the prepared filling into a plate or tray and refrigerate for a while.
