To prepare the paneer and green pea delight, start by peeling and washing the green peas. steam them until tender and set aside.
Make a fine paste of the green masala ingredients, which include fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger, and lemon juice. use a mixer grinder, adding only a small amount of water, and set the paste aside.
Heat oil in a wide pan. add asafoetida and cumin seeds, allowing the cumin seeds to sizzle.
Stir in the ground green masala paste and sautËúÖ for about 2 minutes until the masala is well-cooked and comes together.
Add the steamed green peas, season with salt, pour in 1 cup of water, and stir. allow it to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
