In a non-stick pan, mix together sugar and 1 cup of water to make a sugar syrup. cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
Remove the threads from the green pea shells, roughly chop them, and add them to the sugar syrup.
Heat ghee in another non-stick pan. add almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios. saute them for 1-2 minutes until they turn golden.
Add gram flour to the pan and saute for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. then, add the fresh peas and saute on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Sprinkle green cardamom powder and mix well.
