To prepare the corn and green bean delight recipe, start by pressure cooking the green beans with enough water to cover them by about an inch. add a pinch of salt and cook for just one whistle.
Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally. drain the water and set the cooked beans aside.
In a heavy-bottomed pan or kadhai, heat some sunflower oil. add mustard seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
Once the mustard seeds splutter, add curry leaves, dried red chilies, and asafoetida. let the curry leaves become crisp.
Now, add the cooked green beans and fresh corn kernels to the pan. saut„© them for about 10 minutes until they are tender and slightly browned.
