To create the grilled paneer delight sizzler, start by preparing the marinade for the paneer.
In a bowl, combine ginger garlic paste, teriyaki sauce, red wine vinegar, tomato ketchup, garam masala, black pepper powder, and a pinch of salt. mix these ingredients thoroughly.
Add diced onions, bell peppers, and paneer to the marinade. gently toss them to coat well. allow them to marinate for about an hour.
After marinating, thread the marinated paneer, onions, bell peppers, and tomato alternately onto skewers.
Heat a grill pan and place the skewers on it. cook on medium flame until all sides are evenly grilled. be cautious not to overcook and burn the ingredients.
