In a kadhai or wok, take water and add salt and turmeric powder. start boiling.
Add potatoes, papaya, pumpkin, and colocasia to the boiling water. cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the remaining vegetables and mix well.
Cover the kadhai and allow the vegetables to boil until they are cooked but not overcooked.
Meanwhile, heat mustard oil in a tadka pan.
