How To Cook?

In a bowl, take masoor dal, moong dal, and toor dal. rinse them well and soak for 30 minutes.

Transfer the soaked dals to a pressure cooker along with chopped vegetables.

Add ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt, and 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker.

Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles on medium flame.

Once the pressure releases, let it cool completely and transfer the cooked dals and vegetables to a blender.
