In a steamer, cook the carrots, green beans, potatoes, and cauliflower until they become soft. set aside.

Grind together cardamom pods and cinnamon stick to a fine powder. keep it aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan.

Add crushed garlic, chopped onion, and grated ginger. saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
