In a bowl, mix together oats powdered, curd, semolina, ginger chilli paste, mixed vegetables, and salt.
Add fruit salt to the mixture and mix thoroughly. allow the batter to froth.
Grease a thali or a shallow pan with oil.
Pour the batter into the greased thali and spread it evenly by gently shaking the thali.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and chilli powder on top for added flavor.
