Mixed Vegetable Bhaji Pav

How To Cook?

Chop all the vegetables, including potato, capsicum, cauliflower, peas, and pumpkin. set aside the onion, tomato, and green chillies for later use.

Place the chopped vegetables in a pressure cooker. add enough water to fully immerse the vegetables. season with salt. pressure cook the vegetables until they become soft, which usually takes around 10-12 minutes.

Mash the cooked vegetables using a masher until you achieve a smooth consistency.

While the vegetables are cooking, heat olive oil in another pan. fry the chopped onion until it turns translucent. then, add the green chillies and tomatoes. cook until the tomatoes become soft.

Add pav bhaji masala and coriander powder to the onion and tomato mixture. saute for 2-3 minutes to allow the spices to release their flavors.
