To make coconut and green moong ladoo, start by dry roasting the green gram in a medium flame until it turns golden brown. let it cool and then transfer it to a mixer.
Grind the roasted green gram into a coarse powder and set it aside.
Now, dry roast the coconut until it changes color. you can use desiccated coconut for this step.
In a pan, add jaggery and water. stir and boil until the jaggery dissolves. add cardamom powder and mix well. there's no need to check for any specific consistency.
Once the jaggery syrup starts boiling, add the powdered green gram and roasted coconut. mix everything together until well combined.
