To prepare the lemon-coconut green moong sundal, ensure you have sprouted green moong dal. if not, you can either use store-bought sprouts or make them at home.
Heat a kadai with gingelly oil on medium heat. once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle.
Now, add asafoetida, slit green chillies, and curry leaves to the kadai.
After a few seconds, add the sprouted green moong dal and salt to taste. mix well to combine.
