To prepare the mango coconut delight, wash the mangoes and cut them into slices.
Add the mango slices to a blender, reserving a few pieces for garnishing, and blend into a thick puree, adding a little water if needed.
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat a teaspoon of ghee.
Pour the mango puree into the pan and cook over low flame until it comes to a boil.
Add jaggery (or palm sugar) and cardamom powder to the mango puree.
