To prepare caramelized banana stuffed sweet pancakes, start by soaking the jaggery in water in a mixing bowl until it dissolves.
Add whole wheat flour to the jaggery water and blend it using a blender or mix it well with your fingers to create a batter. the pudla batter should have a thick spreading consistency, not too thin.
Heat a flat skillet and melt some ghee (clarified butter) on the pan over medium heat.
Spoon the pudla batter onto the skillet to make mini pancakes. allow them to cook on medium heat until you see the top of the pudla getting cooked.
Once the top is cooked, flip them over and cook on the other side until they turn golden brown.
