To prepare stuffed sweet pastry delights, begin by mixing the all-purpose flour with baking soda and 2 tablespoons of ghee in a bowl. add just enough water to form a smooth dough. divide it into small lemon-sized balls and set them aside.
In a separate pan, make a sugar syrup by combining sugar, a pinch of salt, soy sauce, and vinegar. boil the mixture until it reaches a two-string consistency. set the syrup aside.
For the filling, grate khoya (khoya is not included in the ingredients list but it seems to be an essential component in the original recipe) and mix it with black beans, chopped cashew nuts, almonds, pistachio nuts, and a pinch of green cardamom powder.
Roll out each dough ball into a small circle, similar to the size of a puri.
Place a portion of the khoya and nut mixture in the center of each dough circle.
