To begin making the coconut jaggery stuffed raw banana dosa, first, make the dosa batter by mixing rice flour, water, ghee, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. ensure there are no lumps and the batter is smooth. let it rest for a few minutes.
In a separate bowl, grate the fresh coconut and jaggery. crush the cardamom pods and add the seeds to the coconut-jaggery mixture. mix well to create the stuffing for the dosa.
Take a raw banana and peel it. cut the banana into thin slices.
Take one slice of raw banana and place a spoonful of the coconut-jaggery stuffing in the center. cover it with another slice of raw banana to make a sandwich-like arrangement.
Heat a flat non-stick pan or a dosa tawa and grease it lightly with ghee.
