To begin making the baked paneer and sweet corn patties, pulse the corn kernels in a mixer grinder to create a coarse crumble. ensure it is not a paste.

In a bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, steamed sweet corn kernels, finely chopped green chillies, chaat masala, chopped fresh coriander leaves, raisins, chopped cashew nuts, bread crumbs, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dried fenugreek leaves, and salt (as needed). mix well to form a dough-like mixture.

Grease your fingers and palms with oil. take a small portion of the mixture in your palms and shape it into flat patties to form the paneer and sweet corn patties.

Place half a cashew nut on top of each patty and gently press it in.

Preheat the oven to 180ÔøΩc.
