To begin making sweet moong dal coconut fritters, soak the green moong dal and set it aside.
Pressure cook the soaked moong dal with water for about 4 whistles until it is just cooked.
Once the pressure is naturally released, remove the cooked moong dal from the cooker.
In a saucepan, add jaggery and a little water to melt the jaggery completely.
Once the jaggery is melted, add cardamom powder and let it boil for 10 minutes.
