To prepare avarekalu and potato kebabs, first, boil the regular potatoes in a pressure cooker, peel, and keep them aside.
In the same pressure cooker, add the lilva beans (avarekalu) with some water and salt, and boil for 3 whistles.
Let it sit aside to release the pressure naturally.
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled regular potatoes and sweet potatoes, cooked lilva beans, grated raw mango, roughly chopped green chilies, finely chopped onion, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, and salt to taste.
Use your hands to coarsely mash the mixture until the ingredients come together.
