Dal drama: add chana dal to the marinated meat mixture. pour in about half a cup of water and transfer the mixture to a pressure cooker. cook the mixture for 20 minutes, or until the mutton becomes tender and fully cooked.
Water evaporation: once the mutton is cooked, open the lid of the pressure cooker and continue cooking the mixture until all the excess water has evaporated, leaving behind a flavorful, moist mixture.
Finely mince: with the mutton now fully cooked, finely mince the meat mixture. this step ensures a cohesive texture for the kebabs.
Flavor fusion: introduce finely chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves, and a whole egg to the minced meat mixture. this combination of ingredients will enhance the taste and binding of the kebabs.
