To prepare the green moong and peas kebabs, start by soaking the green moong dal in water for at least 1 hour.
Boil the peas in a saucepan until they become soft. drain the water and place them on a kitchen towel to absorb any excess water.
Strain the soaked moong dal and peas and put them in a grinder jar along with green chillies. grind them to make a coarse batter without adding any water. the batter should be thick.
Transfer the batter to a large bowl and add mint leaves, coriander leaves, finely chopped onion, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, and gram flour (besan). mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
Adjust the salt as per your taste and mix everything nicely.
