Hang 250g of yogurt in a muslin cloth in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours until it thickens, resembling cheese.

Mash the paneer until it reaches a soft dough-like consistency.

In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, mashed paneer, salt to taste, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder, cardamom powder, and roasted chana powder.

If the mixture is too sticky, add 1-2 teaspoons of roasted gram flour to achieve the desired texture.

Take approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and add chopped nuts, green chilies, fresh coriander, and ginger. mix well.
