How To Cook?

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, amchoor, and salt to the pan. mix well to create a spice blend.

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. finely chop the onions.

Add the diced potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them evenly with the spice blend. cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the chopped onions to the pan and mix well. cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally.
