To prepare spiced chicken stuffed kebabs, start by heating 1/2 cup of water in a pan. add chicken pieces, chana dal, crushed green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, black peppercorns, carom seeds, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped ginger, and garlic.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender and the dal is soft-cooked. remove any excess water to avoid making the mixture too moist.
Allow the mixture to cool and then grind it into a fine paste.
Add an egg, chopped mint, and coriander leaves to the mixture and mix well. set aside.
In a separate bowl, prepare the filling by mixing greek yogurt with finely minced onions, green chilies, and coriander powder. add salt to taste.
