To begin making the spicy egg pulao, start by frying the boiled eggs.
Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and add the boiled eggs.
Toss the eggs with red chilli powder and freshly cracked black pepper until they turn slightly brown and crisp. set them aside.
In a separate deep-bottomed pan or handi, heat 3 tablespoons of ghee or oil.
Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnamon, black peppercorns, and star anise. fry them for a few seconds until the cumin seeds crackle.
