To begin making the spiced cauliflower and pineapple curry, chop the cauliflower into florets and wash them well in plenty of water. drain and set aside.
Wash the pineapple, peel it, and chop it into small cubes. keep it aside.
In a medium-sized deep saucepan or kadai, heat oil.
Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low and add the spices (turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and asafoetida). saut„© for a few seconds.
Increase the heat to medium and immediately add the cubed potatoes. stir well to coat them with the spices.
