To create the spiced whole roasted cauliflower delight, wash the cauliflower and remove the stem and leaves, keeping the cauliflower whole.
Boil the whole cauliflower in a large pot of water for about 10 minutes until it is partially cooked and turns a greenish color.
Once done, remove the cauliflower from the water and allow it to cool slightly.
Preheat the oven to 200ÔøΩc.
In a small bowl, mix together greek yogurt, a tablespoon of oil, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
