In a deep bowl, combine cauliflower, mixed sprouts, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. mix well using your hands until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions. take each portion and shape it into a flat round tikki, approximately 50 mm (2 inches) in diameter.
Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Place the tikkis on the greased tava and cook them on medium heat. drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil over the tikkis.
Cook the tikkis until they turn golden brown on both sides.
