How To Cook?

Heat ghee in a large pan or kadhai, then add mustard seeds and let them crackle. add ginger paste and garlic paste, and saute for a minute.

Add mutton pieces and ripe tomatoes to the pan. cook until the mutton turns brown and the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

Sprinkle turmeric, black pepper, and ground coriander over the mutton. stir well to coat the meat evenly with the spices.

Pour in enough water to cover the mutton, then cover the pan and simmer until the meat is tender and cooked through. this may take around 1-2 hours, depending on the mutton's tenderness.

Once the mutton is almost cooked, add green chilies and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
