How To Cook?

1

Begin by soaking the field beans (avarekalu) in water for half an hour and then remove the skin.

2

Heat a pressure cooker with oil and saute the ingredients mentioned in the "list to grind" until they turn golden.

3

Once done, let it cool down and then grind it into a smooth paste using a mixer or blender.

4

In the same pressure cooker, add some oil and saute garlic, onion, and tomato until they become mushy and the raw smell disappears.

5

Add the chopped vegetables along with the field beans to the pressure cooker, adjusting the consistency by adding water.
