To prepare the kerala style arbi coconut curry, start by washing the arbi thoroughly and boiling it until tender.
Once boiled, peel the arbi and cut it into bite-sized pieces. set them aside.
In a pan, add tamarind pulp, salt, arbi pieces, and some water. cook the mixture until the arbi is soft and well-cooked.
In a mixer grinder, blend fresh grated coconut, red chili powder, and small onions to form a smooth paste.
Add this coconut paste to the pan with the cooked arbi. mix well and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
