To initiate the preparation of the spiced chicken keema meatballs in tomato gravy, let's start by making the chicken keema balls.
In a mixer-jar, combine boneless chicken pieces, fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts, egg yolk, and a pinch of salt. grind these ingredients to a smooth paste.
Transfer the keema mixture into a bowl and shape it into lemon-sized balls.
Heat oil in a kadai over medium flame and deep-fry the keema balls until they achieve a nice brown color. drain them on absorbent paper and set them aside.
For the masala, heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add sliced onions. fry them until they turn golden brown, which should take around 4-5 minutes.
