To start preparing the jaggery rice delights, soak the brown rice in water for 2 to 3 hours.
Once soaked, drain the water completely and pat dry the rice.
Grind the rice into a slightly coarse flour-like mixture.
Melt the coconut sugar in 1/4 cup of water and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground brown rice flour along with the cooked rice, melted coconut sugar, baking soda, ground cinnamon, orange zest, and baking powder.
