To prepare the coconut and spinach oats dosa, start by grinding the oats into a fine powder.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, rice flour, and whole wheat flour.
Add grated coconut, chopped spinach, grated ginger, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida to the flour mixture.
Dissolve the jaggery in a little water and add it to the mixture. add salt to taste.
Gradually add water and mix to form a batter with pouring consistency. ensure there are no lumps.
