How To Cook?

To prepare the spinach and multigrain thalipeeth, take a mixing bowl and combine wheat flour, rice flour, besan (chickpea) flour, finely chopped blanched spinach, diced onion, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt.

Slowly add lukewarm water to the dry ingredients and start mixing to form a wet dough. ensure the dough is not too sticky.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick tawa/skillet on medium heat.

Place a large piece of plastic or parchment paper on your work surface.
