To prepare the egg and oatmeal dosa, start by washing and soaking the raw rice for 5 to 6 hours.
In a separate bowl, mix urad dal, chana dal, and fenugreek seeds. clean and wash them thoroughly, then soak them in water for about 5 to 6 hours.
After the soaking period, drain the water from the dal mixture.
Grind the dal mixture gradually, adding a little oatmeal at a time, until you get a smooth paste.
Transfer the ground dal mixture into a large bowl and set it aside.
