To prepare the spiced carrot and ginger dosa, start by grating the carrots and ginger. keep them aside for later use.
Take the idli dosa batter and have it ready for making the dosas.
In a pan, heat a teaspoon of oil and add the grated carrot and ginger. saute them for a minute until they become slightly softer.
Allow the saute carrot and ginger mixture to cool down. then, transfer it to a mixer grinder and grind it to a fine puree.
Pour the carrot and ginger puree into the bowl of dosa batter.
