How To Cook?

Begin by grinding the soaked urad dal in a mixer grinder until it forms a smooth paste. add some water to achieve the desired consistency and set the mixture aside.

Now, grind the brown rice in the mixer grinder, ensuring not to add too much water. create a batter and keep it separate from the urad dal batter.

Combine the urad dal batter and rice batter, add salt, and let it ferment for 12 hours.

In the meantime, blend the spinach and fresh mint leaves to form a green paste. set it aside.

After the batter has fermented, add water to the green paste and create a thick batter, ensuring it's not too runny.
