To start making the spinach and ginger puri, chop the spinach leaves, ginger, and green chilies, and then boil them together.
After boiling, strain the water and let it sit for 15 minutes to drain any excess water.
Once cooled, take the boiled spinach mixture and blend it to make a thin puree without adding any additional water.
In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with the prepared spinach puree. add a little oil, cumin powder, and salt to the mixture.
Mix the ingredients together to form a dough. be cautious about adding extra water, as the spinach will release its moisture during the kneading process.
