To prepare nutty oats and spinach porridge, begin by dry roasting the oats in a pan for about 5 minutes. set them aside.

Pressure cook the yellow moong dal along with chopped spinach for 2 whistles.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan, and add ghee to it.

Once the ghee is hot, add the cashew nuts and fry them until they turn a golden brown. remove them and set them aside.

In the same pan, add more ghee if needed.
