In a blender, combine 1/2 cup of cooked rice, 1/4 cup of wheat flour, and 1/2 cup of rice flour. add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water and blend until smooth. adjust the consistency to be thin but not too watery.
Transfer the smooth batter to a large mixing bowl. add 1/2 cup of curd, salt to taste, and a pinch of baking soda.
Mix well until the batter reaches a dosa batter consistency. add more water if needed.
Heat a griddle and sprinkle some oil. wipe off the excess oil with a tissue. (if using a non-stick pan, there is no need to add oil). once the griddle is hot, lightly sprinkle water on the surface and wipe it off with a tissue paper.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the griddle and spread it out in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
