To prepare the spinach and mango pulao, first, heat ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and grated ginger, and saute for about 10 seconds.
Next, add the tomato puree and turmeric powder, and cook until the tomatoes become soft.
Now, add the chopped spinach and a pinch of salt. cover the pan and let the spinach cook until it becomes tender.
