To prepare the coastal mango fritters, start by mixing the whole wheat flour, besan flour, and rice flour in a bowl.
Add curd and a little water to the flour mixture and whisk until you have a smooth batter without lumps.
Incorporate the grated raw mango, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and grated coconut into the batter.
Add a pinch of asafoetida, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. stir well to combine all the ingredients evenly.
Heat sunflower oil in a deep frying pan or kadai over medium heat.
