In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cooking oil. mix well to form a thick batter without adding water.
Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Take small portions of the prepared mixture and gently drop them into the hot oil, one by one.
Fry the fritters on medium flame for a minute, then flip them to fry the other side.
Continue frying the pakoras on medium flame until they turn golden brown from both sides.
