To prepare the stuffed green chilli fritters, start by coarsely grinding the carom seeds (ajwain), sesame seeds, and salt in a mixer grinder. set this stuffing aside.
Slit the green chillies lengthwise, ensuring not to break them into halves.
Using the tip of a knife, remove the seeds along with the thick white veins from the green chillies.
Stuff each green chilli with the prepared coarsely ground stuffing using your fingers. set aside the stuffed chillies.
Heat enough oil in a wok or kadai for deep frying.
