To prepare the stuffed green chilli fritters, start by washing the green chillies and cutting them in the middle.
Deseed the chillies and keep them aside. be sure to wash your hands after deseeding.
In a mixer jar, combine the roasted chana dal, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, chaat masala, tamarind pulp, and asafoetida. grind the mixture with 2 tablespoons of water to make a smooth paste.
Stuff this mixture into each of the hollow green chillies.
Next, prepare the batter by mixing besan flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, fruit salt (eno), asafoetida, and salt in a bowl. add 1/2 cup of water to the dry ingredients and mix it into a smooth, thick batter.
