Gradually add water little by little and knead the dough until it becomes soft and smooth. for a softer texture, you can use milk instead of water.

While the lifafa paratha dough is resting, prepare the stuffing. heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. once they turn slightly brown, add chopped onions and green chillies. saut„© until the onions become soft.

Add finely chopped spinach and cook until it loses all its moisture. season with salt to taste.
