To stuff the mushrooms, gently remove the stem of each mushroom, keeping the semicircular base of the mushroom intact.
Toss the mushrooms with a pinch of salt and a touch of oil.
Stuff the mushrooms with small cherry-sized portions of the paneer and spinach mixture, smoothing the top.
Heat a skillet with a few drops of oil over medium-high heat. gently place each paneer and spinach stuffed mushroom in the pan.
