How To Cook?

In a food processor, blitz the quartered onion, garlic cloves, ginger, and red chilli until it forms a coarse paste.

Heat vegetable oil in a large saucepan and add the paste. fry for 5 minutes until softened. if it starts to stick to the pan, add a splash of water.

Add turmeric, cumin, coriander, and hot chilli powder to the pan. stir well and cook for a couple of minutes to toast the spices.

Cut the chicken breasts into chunks and add them to the pan. stir to ensure the chicken is coated in the spice mix.

Cook until the chicken begins to turn pale, adding a small splash of water if it sticks to the base of the pan.
